As it would likely turn you off if you were crying and spilling your guts and I answered a phone call, I choose to turn my phones off during session. Hopefully you will too. This means that I’m not at all the easiest person to get a hold of. So in the interest of you getting your butt in therapy as quickly as possible I’ve tried to make it easy to get on my calendar. Here come your options.
If you have more questions, want to hear my voice, aren’t sure you need therapy, are worried I don’t know how to work with your issue, or just like to keep things old school, you can call or text the number below and I’ll get back to you usually within a few hours.
If you are in crisis and don’t feel like you can keep yourself safe, please call 911.
If you are an existing client or would like to schedule a time for me to call you and talk about things, you can follow this link and get on my schedule.
If you prefer the indirect email options firstname.lastname@example.org is my email. You can email me if you have questions, but please understand, no promise of confidentiality exists via email and I won’t give any professional advice over technology. That’s me being old school.
Finally, If you already know you would like to be my client and would like for me to send you intake paperwork and then give you your very own access to my schedule, fill out the form below and I’ll get back to you within 24 hours. (You may not enter contact information for someone other than yourself.)
